Masterbatch quality assessments:
At Perfecto Plast, we realize that quality is paramount. Every batch we produce is made in accordance with our production procedure. This procedure is based on the product specification of the masterbatch, which is unique to each product.
Included in the product specification are all the pigment and polymer quantities to be used as well as any specific customer requirements, such as letdown rate and pellet size. Each batch must undergo rigorous checks to ensure that it conforms to customer requirements. All production is been compared to an original 'Master Standard', which is derived from the customer-approved master batch sample. In addition, we keep sample chips from each batch as well as comprehensive records to give us a fully traceable history for each product.
In the event of a problem, we make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible. By following our non-conforming product procedure, we can trace the root cause of any problem as well as quickly and efficiently replacing the masterbatch. Finally, we package our master batch in hardwearing sacks to ensure they are not been damaged or contaminated in transport. All products are clearly labeled to allow our customers to keep a record of our batches also.
